Introduction
Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet promises to help with weight loss and assist sugar and fat metabolism whilst supporting your body’s energy levels. But does Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet deliver on that claim? For some, yes. With mixed reviews, it seems only about half of Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet customers lost weight, and out of those, most did not reach their goals.
This product is featured as an all in one convenient tablet – to help you achieve your weight loss goals, as long as you follow the indications on the eBook that the manufacturer provides. The catch is that you must register to receive this calorie-reduced diet and exercise plan. Many customer reviews were unhappy with their results. It seems that these tablets were ineffective. While several others claimed that they did experience initial weight-loss, once they quit taking the tablets, the weight piled back on threefold. While Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet is a natural remedy that contains safe ingredients known to support the body’s ability to metabolize carbohydrates and fat, several consumers reported that the supplement was not so useful in providing effective weight-loss. We did not find any positive reviews.
Ingredients
Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet tablets contains:
- Apple Cider Vinegar Powder (69%)
- Vitamin B12 (0.13%)
- Chromium Picolinate (0.13%)
- Cayenne Pepper Fruit Extract (1.7%)
- Other ingredients: Isomalt, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrogen phosphate dehydrate, crospovidone, povidone, colloidal anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, titanium dioxide, macrogol 8000, maltodextrin, silica dioxide.
There is no indication of how many milligrams the tablets actually contain or the percentage of acetic acid. We were unable to order any bottles since it was out of stock at the time that this review was written. Similar products from this line indicated that the tablets contained 400 mg.
Dosage
The recommended dosage is to take 3 tablets, 3 times per day, 30 mins before each main meal.
Possible Side Effects
Some consumer reviews indicated that some individuals experienced diarrhea.
Price
One bottle of Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet is set at $29.99 which includes 60 tablets, which is a 20 day supply. There are no discounts available on the manufacturer’s website and it was not available on Amazon.
Guarantee
The manufacturer offers a full refund within 7 days of purchase for items that were mistakenly bought and does not offer refunds for any opened products. There is no money back satisfaction guarantee. This is a huge disadvantage for consumers. If you are unable to get your money back if you are unhappy, you are risking your money on a product that may not be effective for you and bring you the results that you crave.
Conclusion
It’s a tossup. Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet seems to be a good product since it contains natural ingredients know to metabolize carbohydrates and fat and help with weight-loss but consumer reviews indicate otherwise. Most people were unhappy with their results and we were unable to find any positive reviews. While three tablets is the recommended daily dosage, customers are popping four to six in hopes for weight-loss. Some consumers are saying that the product only works if taken consistently, and that if the dosage is skipped, the weight returns threefold. With this in mind, it seems that Nature’s Way Apple Cider Vinegar Diet is not the miracle diet pill the company claims it is. Unfortunately the consumer reviews say it all. Whether the product was used for a few weeks, months, or longer, the consensus is that this product is not effective at all.
