Although, this supplement contains many natural ingredients like kelp, spirulina and pectin, it has the lowest daily serving of apple cider vinegar from all of the products that we have reviewed. We were disappointed to to find out that this product contains gelatin and so is off limits to both vegetarians and vegans and that it also comes with an allergen warning because it contains soy and shellfish.
